     Caroline Elizabeth McDouall was born on 11 April 1852 at Uffington, Stamford, Lincolnshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Patrick George McDouall and Caroline Jane Fisher.1 She was baptised on 4 June 1852 at Uffington, Stamford, Lincolnshire, England.2 She married John Leonard Bolden, son of William Bolden and Mary Ann Andrew, on 6 May 1874 at St. Mary Abbott, Kensington, London, England.1,2 She died on 17 May 1945 at age 93.2
      From 6 May 1874, her married name became Bolden.

     John Leonard Bolden was born on 16 December 1841.2 He was the son of William Bolden and Mary Ann Andrew.2 He married Caroline Elizabeth McDouall, daughter of Reverend Patrick George McDouall and Caroline Jane Fisher, on 6 May 1874 at St. Mary Abbott, Kensington, London, England.1,2 He died on 24 April 1929 at age 87.
     He was a practising barrister.2 He was surveyor-general and deputy receiver of the Duchy of Lancaster.2 He was invested as a Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.).1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.2 He lived at Hyning, Carnforth, Lancashire, England.1
