     Commodore Frank Dudley Elcock was born in 1917 at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.² He married Mary Grace Pitfield.² He died on 14 January 2007.²
     He gained the rank of Commodore in the service of the Royal Canadian Navy.¹ He fought in the Second World War.² He lived at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.¹
