     Amanda Evelyn Fraser was born in 1956.2 She is the daughter of A/Cdre. Anthony Walkinshaw Fraser and Angela Mary Graham Shaw.3 She married, firstly, Mark Chaytor Dickinson, son of Peter Dickinson and Anne Chaytor, in 1978.1 She and Mark Chaytor Dickinson were divorced in 1992.1 She married, secondly, Hon. Timothy Leland Buxton, son of Major Aubrey Leland Oakes Buxton, Baron Buxton of Alsa and Pamela Mary Birkin, in 1994.4
     She was also known as Evelyn Amanda Fraser.2 From 1978, her married name became Dickinson. From 1994, her married name became Buxton.

Josiah Cottin.1 She married, firstly, John Fleming Leicester, 1st Baron de Tabley of Tabley House, son of Sir Peter Leicester, 4th Bt. and Catherine Fleming, on 10 November 1810 at Hampton Court Palace, Kingston-upon-Thames, London, England.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Frederic Leicester, son of Charles Leicester, after 1827.2 She died on 5 November 1859.2
      From 10 November 1810, her married name became Leicester.1
