     Timothy Macdonnell Buzzard was educated at Michael Hall School, Forest Row, Sussex, England.1 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal Academy of Music (L.R.A.M.).1 He was registered as a Member, Royal Academy of Music (R.A.M.).3 He lived in 2003 at Kennel Cottage, Lindfield, Haywards Heath, Sussex, England.1
