     Very Rev. Hon. William Herbert was born on 12 January 1778.1 He was the son of Henry Herbert, 1st Earl of Carnarvon and Lady Elizabeth Alicia Maria Wyndham.2 He married Hon. Letitia Dorothea Allen, daughter of Joshua Allen, 5th Viscount Allen and Frances Barry, on 17 May 1806.1 He died on 28 May 1847 at age 69.1
     He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 He held the office of Dean of Manchester.1

     Hon. Letitia Dorothea Allen was the daughter of Joshua Allen, 5th Viscount Allen and Frances Barry.2 She married Very Rev. Hon. William Herbert, son of Henry Herbert, 1st Earl of Carnarvon and Lady Elizabeth Alicia Maria Wyndham, on 17 May 1806.1 She died on 14 June 1878.1
     From 17 May 1806, her married name became Herbert.

     Sarah Barker married Henry William Herbert, son of Very Rev. Hon. William Herbert and Hon. Letitia Dorothea Allen, on 31 December 1839.1 She died in March 1844.1
     She lived at Bangor, Maine, U.S.A.G.1 From 31 December 1839, her married name became Herbert.

William George Herbert1

     William George Herbert was born on 3 August 1841.1 He was the son of Henry William Herbert and Sarah Barker.2 He married Emily Eliza Falkiner, daughter of Sir Samuel Edmund Falkiner, 5th Bt. and Mary Bouwens, on 8 January 1867.1 He died on 17 May 1920 at age 78, without issue.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Folkestone.1 He was in the War Office.1 He held the office of County Alderman for Kent between 1893 and 1910.1

Sir Samuel Edmund Falkiner, 5th Bt.1

     Sir Samuel Edmund Falkiner, 5th Bt. was born in 1791.2 He was the son of Sir Samuel Falkiner, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Leslie.2 He married Mary Bouwens, daughter of James Bouwens and Margery Rycroft, on 24 July 1834.2 He died on 30 December 1867.2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Peninsula Wars, where he was wounded three times.2 He fought in the Battle of Talavera.2 He fought in the Battle of Busaco.2 He fought in the Battle of Salamanca.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 31st Foot.2 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Falkiner, of Anne Mount, co. Cork [I., 1778] on 7 February 1858.2

     Emily Eliza Falkiner was the daughter of Sir Samuel Edmund Falkiner, 5th Bt. and Mary Bouwens.2 She married William George Herbert, son of Henry William Herbert and Sarah Barker, on 8 January 1867.1 She died on 30 May 1911, without issue.2
     From 8 January 1867, her married name became Herbert.

     Commander Frederick Charles Herbert was born on 25 February 1819.1 He was the son of Very Rev. Hon. William Herbert and Hon. Letitia Dorothea Allen.2 He married Bessie Newenham Stuart, daughter of Captain Henry Stuart and Julia Barker, on 12 September 1848.1 He died on 27 May 1868 at age 49.1
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1
