     William Mark Ashton was born in 1858.1 He was the son of Thomas Ashton and Elizabeth Gair.1 He married Letitia Mary Kessler, daughter of William Kessler, in 1886.1
     William Mark Ashton held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Chester.1 He lived at Didsbury, Lancashire, England.1
