     Josephine Innes Packer is the daughter of George Herbert Packer.2 She married Sir Stephen Gordon Catto, 2nd Baron Catto, son of Sir Thomas Sivewright Catto, 1st Baron Catto and Gladys Forbes Gordon, on 28 July 1948.1 She and Sir Stephen Gordon Catto, 2nd Baron Catto were divorced in 1965.1
     From 28 July 1948, her married name became Catto. As a result of her marriage, Josephine Innes Packer was styled as Baroness Catto on 23 August 1959.
