     Major Charles Edward Kilcoursie Lambart was born on 3 November 1877.1 He was the son of Major Frederick Richard Henry Lambart and Catherine Adeline Maxwell Gill.2 He married, firstly, Isobel Dora Jeffery, daughter of Edward Jeffery.1 He and Isobel Dora Jeffery were divorced.1 He married, secondly, Florence Marion Brandon, daughter of Frederick Manasseh Brandon, on 14 September 1901.1 He died on 5 June 1916 at age 38, killed in action.1
     Major Charles Edward Kilcoursie Lambart gained the rank of Major in the service of the 21st Royal Scots Fusiliers.1 He fought in the First World War.1
