     John Richard Julius Studholme was born on 4 July 1929.2 He is the son of Sir Richard Home Studholme and Rosemary Wilson.1 He married Sheana Margaret MacDougall Hadfield, daughter of Stephen John Hadfield and Jean Louisa Morag Macdougall, 30th of Dunollie, on 17 November 1969.3 He was also reported to have been married on 18 November 1969.2
     He graduated from St. Andrews University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 He graduated in 1953 with a Eton and St Andrews Master of Arts (M.A.) ).2 He lived in 2003 at 32 Heath Drive, Brookwood, Surrey, England.2

     Derek Skene Studholme was born on 27 April 1904.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Studholme and Alexandra Thomson.1 He married Elizabeth Janet Crawford, daughter of Charles John Crawford and Ella Frances Olive Anson, on 14 July 1931.2 He died on 22 October 1973 at age 69.2
