     Maria Charlotte Black was born circa 1869.1 She was the daughter of William Black.2 She married Cyril Henry Cayley, son of Henry Cayley and Letitia Mary Walters, in 1893.1 She died on 27 May 1960.1

     Henry Douglas Cayley was born on 20 January 1904.1 He was the son of Cyril Henry Cayley and Maria Charlotte Black.2 He married Nora Innes Paton, daughter of Major Nigel Paton, on 14 August 1940.1 He died in 1991.1
     Henry Douglas Cayley was educated at Epsom College, Epsom, Surrey, England.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.1 He was Chief General Manager of National and Grindlays Bank in 1972 at London, England.1
