     Frances Maria Adelaide Channing was born on 21 September 1837.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Williiam Henry Channing and Julia Maria Allen.1 She married Sir Edwin Arnold on 3 August 1868.1 She died on 15 March 1889 at age 51.1
     From 3 August 1868, her married name became Arnold.1

     Hon. Mary Channing is the daughter of Sir Francis Allston Channing, 1st and last Baron Channing of Wellingborough and Elizabeth Bryant.1 She married Charles Heywood Kennard, son of Adam Steinmetz Kennard and Grace Ellen Hegan, on 29 June 1898.2 She died on 2 November 1940.2
     From 29 June 1898, her married name became Kennard.
