     Maria Bagrationi was born circa 1050.1 She was the daughter of Bagrat IV/V 'the Great', King of Georgia.1 She married, firstly, Michael VII Parapinaces, Emperor of Constantinople, son of Constantine X Ducas, Emperor of Constantinople and Eudocia Macrembolitissa, Empress of Constantinople.1 She married, secondly, Nicephorus III Botaniates, Emperor of Constantinople after 1078.1 She died after 1103.1
