     Captain Hugh Denis Sinclair Bingham was born on 6 September 1914.3 He was the son of Hon. Hugh Terence de Burgh Bingham and Dorothea Minnie Sinclair.2 He married Margaret Douglas Stevenson, daughter of Major Robert Stevenson, on 29 September 1939.3 He died on 18 July 1946 at age 31.3
     Captain Hugh Denis Sinclair Bingham usually went by his middle name of Denis.3 He fought in the Second World War.3 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.3

     Margaret Douglas Stevenson was the daughter of Major Robert Stevenson.1 She married, firstly, Captain Hugh Denis Sinclair Bingham, son of Hon. Hugh Terence de Burgh Bingham and Dorothea Minnie Sinclair, on 29 September 1939.1 She married, secondly, George Lennox Barrow, son of Major Ronald Edmund Barrow and Cecilia Frances Woolsey-Butler, on 17 March 1948.2 She and George Lennox Barrow were divorced in 1953.2 She died in 1980.1
     From 29 September 1939, her married name became Bingham. From 17 March 1948, her married name became Barrow.1 On 1951 her name was legally changed to Bingham by Deed Poll.1
