Sir Simon Peter Clarke, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir Simon Clarke, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Castell.1 He died in 1736, without male issue.1

Sir Simon Clarke, 6th Bt. was the son of Philip Clarke and Arabella Lucy (?).1 He married Mary Bonny, daughter of Philip Bonny.1 He died on 7 February 1770 at Kingston, Jamaica.1 He was buried on 8 February 1770 at St. Catherine's Church, Kingston, Jamaica.1
