     Hon. Ralph Christopher Assheton was born on 19 March 1962.1 He is the son of Sir Ralph John Assheton, 2nd Baron Clitheroe and Juliet Hanbury.2 He married Olivia Sarah Warrington, daughter of Anthony Warrington, on 19 October 1996.1
     Hon. Ralph Christopher Assheton was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He was registered as a Member, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (M.R.I.C.S.).1 He was commissioned, in the service of the Life Guards.1 He was Lord of Honour of Clitheroe and Manors Downham and Cuerdale.1
