     Brigadier Thomas Denis Daly was the son of James Thomas Daly.2 He married Honor Mary Evelyn Pepys, daughter of Everard Digby Pepys and Katharine Louise Diehl, on 19 July 1923.1 He died on 21 November 1956.1
     Brigadier Thomas Denis Daly was invested as a Knight, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.St.J.).1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the service of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers.1 He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.).1 Brigadier Thomas Denis Daly usually went by his middle name of Denis.1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).1
