     Dr. Peter Nairn Cardew was born on 3 October 1917 at Paris, France.1 He was the son of Reverend Frederic Anstruther Cardew and Norah Skye Kington.1 He married Ann Mason, daughter of Cecil Mason and Bubbles (?), on 20 June 1950 at London, England.1 He died on 19 March 2006 at age 88.1
