Lt.-Col. Hon. Christopher Carleton was born in 1775.1 He was the son of General Sir Guy Carleton, 1st Baron Dorchester and Lady Maria Howard.1 He married Priscilla Martha Belford, daughter of Captain William Belford, in 1797.1 He died in 1806.1

Priscilla Martha Belford was the daughter of Captain William Belford.1 She married Lt.-Col. Hon. Christopher Carleton, son of General Sir Guy Carleton, 1st Baron Dorchester and Lady Maria Howard, in 1797.1 She died in 1815, at sea.1
