     Sharon Lyn Quayle is the daughter of Arnold Quayle.1 She married Foley Robert Standish Prendergast Vereker, 9th Viscount Gort, son of Colin Leopold Prendergast Vereker, 8th Viscount Gort and Bettine Mary Mackenzie Green, on 19 October 1991.1
     From 19 October 1991, her married name became Vereker.1 As a result of her marriage, Sharon Lyn Quayle was styled as Viscountess Gort on 6 April 1995.
