     Thomas Robinson was the son of William Robinson and Mary Hall.1 He married Frances Smelt, daughter of Leonard Smelt and Sythe Allan.1 He died at Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, EnglandG, killed.1
     He was admitted to Gray's Inn entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Parliamentary Army.1
