     He was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Collett, of Bridge Ward in the City of London [U.K., 1934] on 6 January 1971.1 He was a member of the Law Society in 1979.1 He was a practising Notary Public in 1985.1
