Lady Mary Grey was the daughter of Harry Grey, 4th Earl of Stamford.1 She married Hon. George Augustus West, son of Lt.-Gen. John West, 1st Earl De La Warr and Lady Charlotte MacCarthy, on 24 February 1764.1 She died on 1 March 1783, without issue.1
