Margaret Maria Ponsonby was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Spencer Cecil Ponsonby-Fane.1 She married Rev. Hon. Arnald de Grey, son of Thomas de Grey, 5th Baron Walsingham and Hon. Emily Elizabeth Julia Thellusson, on 17 April 1882.1 She died on 14 December 1935.1
