     Delmira Elizabeth de Leighton Brooke was born on 25 December 1912.1 She was the daughter of William de Leighton Brooke.1 She married George Wroughton Montagu, son of George Edward Stirling Montagu and Doris Cockin, in 1937.1 She died on 13 October 1995 at age 82.1
     From 1937, her married name became Montagu.1
