     Elsie Mary Emily Cooke is the daughter of Charles Edward Cooke and Marian Elizabeth Purchas.2 She married Major Lewis Clayton Timperley in 1920.1
     She was awarded the Royal Red Cross (R.R.C.)1 From 1920, her married name became Timperley.1
