     Henry D'Arcy Medlicott Cooke was born in 1875.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Cooke and Charlotte Medlicott.2 He married Helen Elizabeth Hall, daughter of Stephen Hall, in 1914.1 He died in 1960.1
