     Thomas Odell was the son of John Odell and Anne FitzMaurice.1 He married Constance Fennell, daughter of Robert Fennell, in 1742.1,2 He died between October 1761 and July 1763, without issue.1 His will (dated 29 October 1761) was probated on 6 July 1763.1
     Thomas Odell gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Limerick Militia.2

     Constance Fennell was the daughter of Robert Fennell.1 She married Thomas Odell, son of John Odell and Anne FitzMaurice, in 1742.1,2 She died from October 1789 to March 1823.1 Her will (dated 30 October 1789) was probated on 3 March 1823.1
     From 1742, her married name became Odell.1
