     Ponsonby Arthur Moore was born on 4 August 1816.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Moore and Lucie Currie.1 He married Augusta Sophia Gardner, daughter of General Hon. William Henry Gardner and Elizabeth Lydia Fyers, on 27 August 1844.1 He died on 3 May 1871 at age 54.1

     Augusta Sophia Gardner was the daughter of General Hon. William Henry Gardner and Elizabeth Lydia Fyers.1,2 She married Ponsonby Arthur Moore, son of Reverend Henry Moore and Lucie Currie, on 27 August 1844.1 She died on 21 September 1903.1
     From 27 August 1844, her married name became Moore.1

     General Hon. William Henry Gardner was born on 6 October 1774.2 He is the son of Admiral Alan Gardner, 1st Baron Gardner and Susannah Hyde Gale.2 He married Elizabeth Lydia Fyers, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Fyers and Ann Wanton, on 20 February 1804.2 He died on 15 December 1856.2

     Ponsonby William Moore, 9th Earl of Drogheda was born on 29 April 1846.1 He was the son of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner.1 He married Anne Tower Moir, daughter of George Moir, on 16 October 1879.1 He died on 28 October 1908 at age 62.1
     He succeeded as the 11th Viscount Moore of Drogheda [I., 1622] on 29 June 1892.1 He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Drogheda [I., 1661] on 29 June 1892.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Moore of Mellefont, co. Louth [I., 1616] on 29 June 1892.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Queen's County.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland].1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Queen's County.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Kildare.1

     Lady Agnes Alexandrina Moore was the daughter of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner.1 She married Sir Robert Anderson on 4 March 1873.1 She died on 7 November 1925.1
     From 4 March 1873, her married name became Anderson.1 On 4 July 1893 she was granted the rank of an earl's daughter.1
