     Edward Fetherstonhaugh was born on 3 January 1833.¹ He was the son of Godfrey Fetherstonhaugh and Martha Radcliff.¹ He married Helena Brotchie, daughter of Captain unknown Brotchie, on 20 March 1866.¹

     Helena Brotchie is the daughter of Captain unknown Brotchie.¹ She married Edward Fetherstonhaugh, son of Godfrey Fetherstonhaugh and Martha Radcliff, on 20 March 1866.¹
     From 20 March 1866, her married name became Fetherstonhaugh.¹

     Kate Fetherstonhaugh was the daughter of Edward Fetherstonhaugh and Helena Brotchie.¹ She married Major S. G. Ratcliff in 1897.¹ She died in 1899.¹
     From 1897, her married name became Ratcliff.¹

     Major S. G. Ratcliff married Kate Fetherstonhaugh, daughter of Edward Fetherstonhaugh and Helena Brotchie, in 1897.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Indian Army.¹
