     Hon. George Cavendish was born on 26 August 1766.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Cavendish, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Bradshaw, 1st Baroness Waterpark.1 He married, firstly, Letitia Catherine Caulfeild, daughter of James Caulfeild, on 26 February 1803.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Smyth, daughter of Ralph Smyth, on 15 November 1807.1 He died on 13 February 1849 at age 82.1
     Hon. George Cavendish was Secretary to the Lords of Treasury [Ireland].1

     Letitia Catherine Caulfeild was the daughter of James Caulfeild.1 She married Hon. George Cavendish, son of Sir Henry Cavendish, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Bradshaw, 1st Baroness Waterpark, on 26 February 1803.1 She died on 3 August 1805, without issue.1
     From 26 February 1803, her married name became Cavendish.1
