     Edward Briscoe was born in 1799.1 He was the son of Edward John Briscoe and Frances Fetherstonhaugh.1 He married Hester Rynd, daughter of James Rynd, in 1829.1 He died in 1842.1
     Edward Briscoe held the office of High Sheriff of County Westmeath in 1833.1 He lived at Grangemore, County Westmeath, Ireland.1
