     Francis James Reynolds-Moreton was born on 13 November 1863.1 He was the son of Captain Hon. Reynolds Reynolds-Moreton and Charlotte Constance Dunlop.1 He married Clara Frances Smith, daughter of W. Smith, in 1894.1 He died on 14 February 1915 at age 51.1
