     Major Norman Cochrane Fraser was born on 24 February 1920.1 He was the son of Bernard Norman Fraser and Joan Cochrane.2 He died on 2 March 1990 at age 70.1
     Major Norman Cochrane Fraser was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Queen's Own Highlanders.1
