     Millicent Palin is the daughter of Captain Mathew Palin and Jane (?).2,3 She married James Fox, son of Anthony Fox and unknown daughter Kelly, in 1743.1
     County Westmeath.1 She lived Hyde Park.1 Her married name became Fox.2

     James Fox was born on 14 July 1773 at County Meath, Ireland.1 He was the son of Mathew Fox and Elizabeth Grierson.2 He married, firstly, Harriet D'Arcy, daughter of James D'Arcy and Martha Grierson.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Crozier, daughter of John Crozier and Catharine Rosborough, on 31 January 1849 at St. Mary's Church, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.3 He died in 1850.1
