     Nathaniel Alexander was born on 6 December 1796.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon and Rt. Rev. Nathaniel Alexander and Anne Jackson.1 He married Sophia Hickey, daughter of N. Hickey.1 He died on 14 October 1880 at age 83.1

     Sophia Hickey was the daughter of N. Hickey.1 She married, firstly, J. Young.1 She married, secondly, Nathaniel Alexander, son of Rt. Hon and Rt. Rev. Nathaniel Alexander and Anne Jackson.1 She died on 29 April 1883.1
     Her married name became Alexander.1 Her married name became Young.1

     Colonel John Henry Alexander was born on 22 May 1839.1 He was the son of Nathaniel Alexander and Sophia Hickey.1 He married Katherine Mary Francis, daughter of General J. Francis, on 23 November 1880.1 He died on 3 February 1900 at age 60.1
     Colonel John Henry Alexander gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Royal Horse Artillery (R.H.A.).1
