      From 27 May 1915, her married name became Alexander.1 As of 1976, Sybil St. John Murphy lived at Martlesham Hall, Woodbridge, Suffolk, England.1

     Albert St. John Murphy was born on 20 February 1859.2 He was the son of James Ignatius Murphy and Ellen Gallwey.2 He married Rose Georgina Maria Davis, daughter of Francis Arthur Davis and Hester Flora Blake Forster, on 1 February 1888 at Kingston, Surrey, England.2,3 He died on 15 December 1952 at age 93.2
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.2 He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).2 He was a cricketer, tennis player and golfer.2 He was Director of James J. Murphy & Company Ltd.2 He lived at The Island House, Little Island, County Cork, Ireland.1 He lived at Tivoli House, Cork, County Cork, Ireland.2
