     Hon. Reginald Scott Fremantle was born on 11 February 1863.1 He was the son of Thomas Francis Fremantle, 2nd Baron Cottesloe and Lady Augusta Henrietta Scott.1 He married Hilda Lucy Barry, daughter of Edward Middleton Barry, on 26 July 1900.1 He died on 30 September 1956 at age 93.1
     Hon. Reginald Scott Fremantle was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1

     Hilda Lucy Barry was the daughter of Edward Middleton Barry.1 She married Hon. Reginald Scott Fremantle, son of Thomas Francis Fremantle, 2nd Baron Cottesloe and Lady Augusta Henrietta Scott, on 26 July 1900.1 She died on 2 September 1953.1
     From 26 July 1900, her married name became Fremantle.
