     Frances Christina Archdale was born on 14 September 1911.1 She was the daughter of Major Mervyn Alexander Archdale and Frances Macalister.1 She married F/Lt. Francis Cecil Pickersgill, son of Lt.-Col. Frank Lincoln Pickersgill, on 9 October 1933, they were the parents of one daughter.1 She and F/Lt. Francis Cecil Pickersgill were divorced in 1943.1 She died on 26 July 1974 at age 62.1
     From 9 October 1933, her married name became Pickersgill.1

Frank Lincoln Pickersgill.1 He married Frances Christina Archdale, daughter of Major Mervyn Alexander Archdale and Frances Macalister, on 9 October 1933, they were the parents of one daughter.1 He and Frances Christina Archdale were divorced in 1943.1
     F/Lt. Francis Cecil Pickersgill gained the rank of Flight-Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1
