     John Atkinson was born in July 1827.1 He was the son of Benjamin Atkinson and Mary MacCormac.1 He married Mary McClintock, daughter of Samuel McClintock, on 2 July 1870.1 He died on 31 January 1888 at age 60.1
     John Atkinson lived at Ballynewry House, Ballynewry, County Armagh, Ireland.1
