     Anstace Rothe was the daughter of Robert Rothe.1 She married Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch, son of Richard Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch, circa 1590.1

     Richard Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch was the son of Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch and Anstace Rothe.1 He married unknown Forstall, daughter of Robert Forstall.1
     Richard Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch gained the title of Baron of Burnchurch.1 He joined the Jacobites in the confederate movement, he was deprived of his estates by Oliver Cromwell in 1653 (816 acres at Burnchurch, 244 acres at Bueper, 34 acres at Bowley).1 He was tranplanted to Connaught in 1654.1

     Captain James Barron was the son of Edward Fitzgerald.1 He married Slany Ny Brien O'Brien, daughter of Donald More O'Brien, they also had other issue.1
     Captain James Barron served in France under the prince of Conde and returned to Ireland with Colonel Dempsey and others after the Restoration of Charles II.1 He petitioned for the return of the barony and lands of Burnchurch with the Treasury Office, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, but his claim, like those of many other Cavaliers who had suffered for their loyalty, was rejected.1 He was also known as Captain James Fitzgerald of Fahagh.1 He lived at County Waterford, Ireland.1
