Anne Jane Margaret Beamish was born in 1819.1 She was the daughter of William Beamish and Hon. Mary de Courcy.1 She married Reverend William Hamilton Thompson in May 1846, leaving issue.1 She died on 18 January 1892.1

Captain James Caulfield Beamish was born on 20 November 1844.1 He was the son of Robert Delacour Beamish and Maria Anne Macdonald.1 He married, firstly, Lizzie Tooker, daughter of Richard Beare Tooker, in 1868.1 He and Lizzie Tooker were divorced in 1877.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Niddrie, daughter of Peter Niddrie, on 14 December 1878.1 He died on 18 May 1896 at age 51.1
