     John George Blackall lived at Skinner's Row, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland,, (he succeeded to his father's houses there).1

     Sir Thomas Blackall was born in 1708.1 He was the son of Thomond Blackall and Sarah (?).1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Cooke, daughter of Thomas Cooke, in a childless marriage.1 He married, secondly, Jane Mahon.1 He died on 6 May 1796.1
     Sir Thomas Blackall held the office of High Sheriff of Dublin City in 1762.1 He was invested as a Knight Bachelor in 1762.1 He held the office of Alderman of Dublin in 1763.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin in 1769.1 He was Governor of King's Hospital.1 He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was the person after whom Blackhall Street and Place are named.1
