     Anthony James Lewis Bruce was born on 25 June 1948.1 He is the son of Robert Richard Fernie Bruce and Beatrice Tombolini.2 He married, firstly, Glenys Vaughan Jones, daughter of J Jones, in 1972.1 He and Glenys Vaughan Jones were divorced in 1991.1 He married, secondly, Veronica Ellen Seccombe, daughter of A. Seccombe, in 1994.1
     Anthony James Lewis Bruce was educated at Rugby College, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).1 He lived in 2003 at Sportsmanstraat 10, Oegstgeest, The Netherlands.1
