     Commander John Claud Cole-Hamilton was born on 24 March 1879.¹ He was the son of Reverend Arthur Henry Cole-Hamilton and Harriet Elizabeth Tisdall. He married Evelyn Wolston, daughter of Christopher Wolston, on 23 November 1915.¹ He died on 23 May 1951 at age 72.¹

     Reverend Charles Cole-Hamilton was born on 15 January 1885.¹ He was the son of Reverend Arthur Henry Cole-Hamilton and Harriet Elizabeth Tisdall. He died on 19 April 1940 at age 55, unmarried.¹
     Reverend Charles Cole-Hamilton gained the rank of Temporary Chaplain of the Forces.¹ He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1919.¹ He was the Rector in 1934 at Fawley, Hampshire, England.¹

     John Isaac Cole-Hamilton was born on 12 July 1851.¹ He was the son of Major Arthur Willoughby Cole-Hamilton and Emilia Katherine Beresford.¹ He married Elinor Bourne Royds, daughter of Henry Royds, on 21 February 1884.¹ He died on 1 May 1936 at age 84.¹

     Elinor Bourne Royds was born circa 1857.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Royds.¹ She married John Isaac Cole-Hamilton, son of Major Arthur Willoughby Cole-Hamilton and Emilia Katherine Beresford, on 21 February 1884.¹ She died on 20 December 1952.¹
     From 21 February 1884, her married name became Cole-Hamilton.

     Lt.-Col. Hugh Arthur Willoughby Cole-Hamilton was born on 10 October 1887.¹ He was the son of John Isaac Cole-Hamilton and Elinor Bourne Royds.¹ He married Eileen Mary Atkinson, daughter of Reverend Precentor Charles Vereker Chester Atkinson, on 27 September 1932.¹ He died on 7 July 1947 at age 59, without issue.¹
     Lt.-Col. Hugh Arthur Willoughby Cole-Hamilton fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918, where he was mentioned in despatches three times, was wounded and became a POW in 1918.¹ He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1919.¹ He fought in the Second World War, when he was invalided.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 2nd Battalion, Yorkshire and Lancashire Regiment.¹

     Eileen Mary Atkinson is the daughter of Reverend Precentor Charles Vereker Chester Atkinson.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Hugh Arthur Willoughby Cole-Hamilton, son of John Isaac Cole-Hamilton and Elinor Bourne Royds, on 27 September 1932.¹
     From 27 September 1932, her married name became Cole-Hamilton.
