Sir Edward Blennerhassett was the son of William Blennerhassett and Anne Colby.1 He married Susan Pickarell, daughter of John Pickarell, in 1577.1 He died circa 1618.1 His will (dated 1613) was probated in 1618.1
Sir Edward Blennerhassett was invested as a Knight on 23 July 1603 before the coronation of King James I.1 He was granted 1,500 acres in Bannaghmore, Drumkeeran, County Fermanagh, Ireland, in 1610, along with the rectory and vicarage of Magheraculmony.1 He lived at Horning1 and at The Laythes, Pockthorpe, Norwich, Norfolk, England.1
