     Mary Daisy Capell was born on 14 February 1899.1 She was the daughter of Horace Charles George Arthur Capell and Clara Isabel Jackson.2 She married, firstly, William Edward Park, son of William Park, on 26 October 1922.1 She and William Edward Park were divorced in 1937.1 She married, secondly, Edward William Beltz in 1944.1 She died on 1 January 1962 at age 62.1
