     Algernon Arthur Capell was born on 7 December 1903.1 He was the son of Colonel Algernon Essex Capell and Lois Ethel Slatter.2 He married Violet Mary Boyd, daughter of Andrew Boyd, on 8 January 1933.1 He died on 13 August 1950 at age 46.1
     Algernon Arthur Capell was Paymaster with the Native Affairs Department, Southern Rhodesia.1
