     Neptune William Blood was born on 7 July 1853.1 He was the son of Edmund Maghlin Blood and Mary Amy Fergusson.1 He married, firstly, Constance Rebecca Curre, daughter of Edward Matthew Curre, on 26 July 1877.1 He and Constance Rebecca Curre were divorced.1 He married, secondly, Letitia Anne Roberts Perot Sponagle, daughter of James S. Sponagle, in 1901.1 He died on 14 January 1920 at age 66.1
     Neptune William Blood was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1876 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was a stockbroker at London, Middlesex, England.1 He lived at Brickhill, Cratloe, County Clare, Ireland.1
