     Andrew Murison McCrae was born on 17 August 1802.1 He was the son of William Gordon McCrae and Margaret Morison.1 He married Georgiana Gordon, daughter of General George Gordon, 5th Duke of Gordon and Jane Graham, on 15 September 1830 at Gordon Castle, Bellie, Morayshire, Scotland.1 He died on 24 July 1874 at age 71 at Australia.1
