     James Lovell Peters was born in 1846.1 He was the son of Edward Peters and Augusta Nichols.1 He married Elizabeth Charlotte Becher, daughter of General Septimus Harding Becher and Augusta Emily Prinsep, in 1877.1 He died in 1937.1
